Thank you for choosing Southside Dental.  Our office is a Fee for Service office. 

What this means to you is we take payment from you at your appointment time.  We will then electronically submit (as long as your provider allows us to) your claim to your insurance provider and they will directly reimburse you.  If they do not accept electronic submissions we will mail it for you.  This way the paper work is all done by us. 

Dental Insurance:

Your dental benefits are a contract between you and your employer, therefore your benefits should be returned to you.  We encourage you to read over the booklet provided to you by your employer when you became eligiable for your benefits. 

Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of your dental care. Most plans include a co-payment, and deductible. Insurance coverage is not, and never has been, a guideline for quality care.

 

FOR PATIENTS WITHOUT DENTAL INSURANCE:

For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

  • Cash
  • Credit Card - We accept Visa and MasterCard
  • Financial Commitment Agreement - In House

 

Financial Commitment Agreement - In House Payment Plan

We understand that sometimes dental procedures can be costly.  We do not want to see you delay necessary treatment due to financial restrictions.  This payment option is offered at the time of your appointment or for any future appointments booked.

The Financial Commitment Agreement is offered to patients with treatment over $200. Upon qualifying we will be happy to  make arrangements for either our 2 month or 3 month in house financial agreement.  Any one of our business team members will be happy to assist you with this. 

We will provide you with a treatment plan estimate, outlining the procedure  and estimated costs.  This will allow you to assist with your budgeting.
